The Oil Spill Response contract between RVI and Alyeska is to benefit Stevens Village tribal members, Dinyee shareholders, and their descendents. The hiring qualifications are as follows:
Be a traditional Stevens Village tribal member, Dinyee shareholder, or a descendent of either.
Minimum age is 18 years old.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Pass pre-employment & random alcohol/drug testing.
Live in Fairbanks or Stevens Village
Ability to get time off from your regular job in the case of an oil spill emergency and for quarterly training sessions.
