River Villages, Inc. (RVI) is a subsidiary of Dinyee Corporation, the Alaska Native village corporation of Stevens Village founded under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971.

Since its incorporation in 1979, RVI has complemented and served to increase the profitability and add to the long-standing business success for its parent company, Dinyee Corporation. RVI has matured into a successful entity in its own right with its past business and management ventures; its main activity today is the contract with Alyeska Pipeline Service Company to provide emergency oil spill response and above ground pipeline maintenance.

In addition to River Villages, Inc., Dinyee is also comprised of the following subsidiaries: Alaska Reclamation, Inc. RVI Management, Arctic Contractors LLC. Dinyee Corporation and its subsidiaries, including RVI, are all located in Fairbanks, Alaska at 100 Cushman St., Suite 402 in the Key Bank Building.
